Shipping, Return, Refunds and Cancellation Policy – Farmacias de Similares TX LLC

1. Shipping and Delivery

1.1. General Information

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

1.3. Delivery Time

  • An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
  • Please note we do not ship on Sundays or US federal holidays.

1.4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use, alteration, or damage.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with labels and accessories, in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Discounted or promotional products may not be eligible for return.

2.2 Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Products damaged during shipping.
  • Wrong item received (incorrect or incomplete order)
  • Expired or near-expiration products upon receipt (where applicable).
    All returned products will be inspected before approval for a refund or exchange.

2.3 Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction without a justified reason.
  • Products that have been opened, altered, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • Promotional or clearance items (unless there is a verifiable defect).
  • Purchases made with Gift Cards
  • Due to health and safety concerns, some health care items, sexual heath items, baby products and personal care products cannot be returned, even if unopened, and no redounds will be issued.

2.3 Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

2.4 Return Process

To request a return, customers must follow these steps:

2.Submit a Return Request: Include the following information:

  • Full name and order number.
  • Digital Receipt.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Photographic evidence of the product (in its original packaging and showing the defect, if applicable).

3.Review and Approval: Our team will review the request within 3 to 5 business days and notify the customer of approval or rejection.

4.Product Shipment: If the return is approved, the customer will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the product at no additional cost (only in cases of defects or shipping errors).

5.Product Inspection: Once received, the product will be inspected to confirm it meets return requirements.

6.Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, the customer may choose one of the following options:
